WCL Chef's Night - Everything Apple

Join Chef Sheila Burkus (Whisking Together) via Zoom as she prepares a meal with a fall theme: "Everything Apple." Recipes will be sent before the class. We will kick off the evening enjoying a Harvest Apple Spritz cocktail (or mocktail) that you can make ahead. Our starter will be a sweet and savory Roasted Apple, Shallots, and Blue Cheese Tart - incorporating some hacks to make the recipes even easier for you to try on your own. The main dish will be Pork Chops smothered in an Apples and Cider Cream. This is a terrific recipe that highlights the wonderful pairing of apples and pork. We will finish off with a French Apple Cake ~ a fairly simple recipe that yields a truly luscious dessert!
