Ice Cream Workshop Monday, July 22, 1:00-3:00

Learn how easy it is to make your own ice cream with an automatic ice cream maker and some basic fresh ingredients. Weston resident "ice cream aficionado" Neil Diver steps you through the science and history of this frozen treat and shows you how to make 3 classic flavors. A Cuisinart Ice Cream Maker will be raffled off. Limit 10. Cost: $10 payable at sign up. Contact the COA to sign up.

Mediterranean Cooking with Seta
Monday, August 5, 11:00-1:00

Explore traditional Armenian cuisine with a Mediterranean flare taught by Chef Seta Dakessian of Watertown's Seta's Cafe. Lamb, eggplant and lavish bread are basics in Armenian cuisine, where the flavor of the food relies on the quality and freshness of the ingredients. Limit 10. Coast is $20 payable at sign up.
