Loved by some, loathed by others, but you can't deny the staying power that Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice has, even after over 200 years. With countless retellings, "sequels" that speculate on what happened after the wedding (I won't spoil it by saying whose wedding), and even some pretty great movies and miniseries, there is a lot to wade through.
