Local and Global Discussion Group Global Supply Chains
Thursday, October 14, 1:15-3:00 on Zoom
The U.S. has begun to redefine the role of government in the domestic economy in order to help corporations compete better with China. Wayne Johnson, nationally renowned expert in domestic and international innovation ecosystems, will lead us in the discussion. Among other areas of the topic, we’ll discuss if China is an economic partner or strategic economic threat; can China be brought back into an American-led international economic system; which other countries in the global supply chain are major players. These meetings are open to all interested in a civil discussion of the issues with a wide variety of participants.
