Each class encompasses cardiovascular, strength, flexibility and balance. This class is geared towards all levels; each participant can focus the intensity of their workout to their own fitness level. Join us for a fun, active and social fitness class.

Bridge Classes at the COA

Bridge for Beginners

Tuesdays, September 14—November 2, 10:00-12:00

Now is the time to learn bridge in a friendly environment. Each session will include instruction, supervised bidding and play of some prearranged hands. This 8-week class is appropriate for students who are totally new to the game as well as for those who have played before but need to review the basics. This class is targeted to those interested in learning The Standard American bidding system. Cost: $160 for 8 classes. Call the COA at

Bridge Clinic: Supervised Bidding & Play

Fridays, September 17—November 5, 10:00-12:00

Improve your game with this 8-week class designed to target your needs. The format of this class includes a mini lesson on popular topics selected by students on bidding, play techniques, and simple conventions. The mini lesson will be followed by supervised bidding and play of interesting prearranged hands to help you improve your skills. Prior knowledge of the Standard American bidding system is required. Be a Part of Regis Masters Students’ Experiential Learning

This program will start Thursday, September 30, not September 16 as indicated in the newsletter
10:00-11:00 at the COA

In collaboration with the Regis College Occupational Therapy program, the COA is offering a series of programs led by Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy students, Michael and Megan. They will lead this series in conjunction with their Level I Fieldwork Placement in Group Dynamics to learn to use therapeutic services to promote health, well-being and improve quality of life. This series provides them the opportunity to integrate theoretical learning to build their skills in group leadership. Join us in supporting their education by signing up for the series. Participants are not required to attend all sessions. Call the COA at 781-786-6280 to register.
