Cross Country
Join Coach Matt Cedrone in this unique fitness program that introduces young people to the sport of Cross Country! This program is designed for boys and girls who enjoy running and want to improve their abilities. By reaching small milestones throughout the course of the program, the children’s self confidence will increase in tandem with their ability to run further distance and improve their times. Masks must be worn by all participants.
Grades 4-8

Karate
Karate is taught by world-renowned martial arts educator, Professor Rocky DiRico. With over 40 years’ experience Mr. DiRico is well known for his children’s programs, in which he utilizes a positive approach to help students find their self-confidence and always try their best. In this class children will learn how to be respectful and good listeners. Children will also learn the importance of physical exercise and stretching. Students of all levels will learn basic karate skills, forms, non-contact sparring, and self-defense. MASKS MUST BE WORN BY ALL PARTICIPANTS

Chess for Kids
Chess is a game that can be approached as a sport, a science, and an art form. Class will consist of instruction and play. Students will study master instructive games and techniques that are designed to improve their games. MASKS MUST BE WORN BY ALL PARTICIPANTS
