The COA is a Town of Weston department that provides programs and services to older adults. We offer educational classes, social events, affordable drop-in weekly exercise classes, health insurance information, housing decision help, van service, trips to the grocery store and day trips, art exhibits and much, much more. We have two social workers on staff who are experts in older adults and consult with residents free of charge on everything from ways to stay at home, finding a new living situation, home health help, fuel assistance, transportation and help filling out forms. We are older adult experts in your community who want to help.
Is the COA Open during the COVID-19 pandemic?
The COA never closed, but the Community Center was closed to the public. We are happy to announce that the Community Center, along with all Town buildings, are unlocked our doors June 1. The COA is offering limited onsite programs and services in addition to Zoom programs.
The COA is located on the ground floor of the Community Center at 20 Alphabet Lane. The Community Center is also the home to the Recreation Department. The building is on the Case Campus in front of Field School and looks like a beautiful old barn.
