A Special Permit is required for construction of a Personal Wireless Service Facility (towers, antenna, equipment, etc.), except for facilities on utility poles within the Public Right-of-Way, which require approval by the Select Board. Facilities are allowed only in the Personal Wireless Service Overlay Districts, within the Public Right-of-Way, and when completely enclosed within a building that is not a dwelling. | A Special Permit is required for the operation of a Day or Overnight Camp. Camps are defined more broadly under the Zoning Bylaw than under the Board of Health Regulations. |
