A Special Permit is required for construction of a Personal Wireless Service Facility (towers, antenna, equipment, etc.), except for facilities on utility poles within the Public Right of Way, which require approval by the Board of Selectmen. Facilities are allowed in only in the Personal Wireless Service Overlay Districts, within the Public Right of Way, and when completely enclosed within a building that is not a dwelling. | A Special Permit is required for the operation of a Day or Overnight Camp. Camps are defined more broadly under the Zoning Bylaw than under the Board of Health Regulations. |
