With more than 4 billion names in over 4,000 databases, Ancestry Library Edition includes records from the United States census; military records; court, land, and probate records; vital and church records; directories; passenger lists, and more. Similar information is also available for the United Kingdom and some European countries.

HeritageQuest Online

This is an essential genealogy collection that combines census data, family records, local histories, and other primary sources. The library’s subscription provides onsite and remote access to this, one of the largest, continuously expanding collections of genealogical materials in the U.S. HeritageQuest Online includes:

  • Full-image reproductions of all existing U.S. federal census records from 1790 to 1930, including name indexes for most years.
  • PERiodical Source Index (PERSI) the nation’s largest and best local history and genealogy periodical index with more than 1.8 million articles indexed from 6,000+ periodicals.
  • City directories, collective biographies, vital records, documentary collections, military records and more.
  • Revolutionary War Pension and Bounty Land Warrant Application Files—records for over 80,000 individuals.
