Learn to prepare and package some easy, delicious and unique holiday goodies that are perfect for gift giving. Handouts containing recipes, as well as samples, will be provided. Mmmmaven, an electronic music production and DJ school in Cambridge, will lead an interactive music production and performance workshop. Wigbert Caro, aka Moduloktopus, will give an introduction to making, mixing, and performing music using industry grade production software. Meet Chef Jeremy Sewall
This acclaimed Boston chef, restaurateur and seafood authority has just released his first cookbook, The New England Kitchen: Fresh Takes on Seasonal Recipes. Chef Sewall is the Chef and owner of Lineage restaurant, Island Creek Oyster Bar and the recently opened Row 34 in Boston's Fort Point neighborhood. Recipes throughout the book highlight the best of each season, and include profiles on Chef Sewall’s friends in the farming, fishing and brewing communities.
