LIBRARY
CARD
The library card identifies you to us. It allows us to quickly access
your record and ensures that materials are charged out to the correct
person.
As of July 1, 2006 our policy is to require patrons to present a library card in order to check out materials. We will be happy to hold your items for you if you have forgotten your library card, or you may replace your card for $2.00. This policy is to protect patron's privacy. Other libraries may have different policies.
- First library cards are issued free of charge.
- To apply for a library card, all that is necessary is proof of your current address.
- A $2.00 fee is charged for a lost card.
- Keychain cards are also available.
- Your card can be used at all libraries in the Minuteman network.
